Although we live in a world full of darkness, our Lord is causing His church to shine like a beacon, displaying the glory and power of God’s Kingdom. With such potential for harvest in the growing spiritual revolution, true biblical leaders are needed. One way Christian Impact desires to engage our world is through the development of Spirit-led and empowered leaders.
Our goal is to raise up future ministers who will have biblical knowledge, practical ministry experience and skills, and most importantly, an intimate walk with Jesus resulting in true demonstration power of the Gospel. The Institute of Christian Impact is here to equip God's people to be Ambassadors to the world. In a guided process of study through the Bible accompanied with practical ministry, students should grow in spiritual maturity and effectiveness in living for Jesus Christ and serving the Kingdom of God.
Currently, the Institute has several programs that are available. One is an enrichment program offered to the local community to help individuals grow in their faith. A series of certificate programs is also available. These are designed to help equip believers for ministry. Finally, there is the an on-site, 3-4 year, Apprenticeship program that leads to a Diploma of Ministry. The Institute also offers courses in Spanish for all programs. Apprentices who finish the program will be fulfilling licensing requirements with Christian Impact Ministries.
The Institute is also in a partnership with Emmanuel Caribbean University (ECU) in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This enables students to participate in joint classes (via the internet), transferring courses/credits, student exchange programs, joint mission projects, etc. Students who complete their Diploma of Ministry are eligible to continue their studies and complete a Bachelor/Masters degrees at ECU. Pastors in Mexico that are currently enrolled in the Institutes program for pastoral training are also eligible for joint credit towards a degree from ECU.
